Application: Refers to the mobile app and website created by AyanFin, providing users with access to our services. Lender: AyanFin, responsible for the approval, processing, and disbursement of loans via our platform. We: Refers to AyanFin, a non-banking financial company (NBFC) based in Delhi. Loan: Financial aid available through our platform, subject to approval by the Lender. Loan Agreement: The contract between the Lender and the borrower, which can be in digital or physical form. App: The mobile application and website that users access. Outstanding Amount: The total amount due, including the loan principal, interest, and any associated fees. Platform: Both the mobile app and the website. Services: The provision of short-term loans by the Lender via the platform. User Data: Any information, documents, or materials you provide to AyanFin. Website: The online platform of AyanFin.

Services

Our services enable you to apply for loans if you meet the criteria outlined in the application. By using our services, you agree that AyanFin will collect, verify, and validate your User Data and other required information for loan approval. You permit AyanFin to store and use your User Data submitted through the mobile app and website.

During the registration process, you must provide personal information, including your name, email, gender, and date of birth, as well as financial details such as bank statements and PAN card. By registering, you authorize AyanFin to import your information from other platforms and periodically request updates to ensure accuracy.

Upon submission and verification of your User Data, you may be eligible for loan approval, subject to the Lender's criteria. You may need to complete additional forms and provide physical documentation as required. The loan amount will be disbursed according to the instructions provided in your application, and you are responsible for repaying the loan on the specified dates.

Restrictions

By using our platform and services, you agree to the following terms:

• • Do not copy, sell, or resell any part of the platform.
• • Do not upload prohibited content or engage in abusive behavior.
• • Do not impersonate others or manipulate content origins.
• • Do not engage in unsolicited advertising or spam.
• • Do not upload malicious software or disrupt the platform.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate these Terms under certain conditions, including:

Limitations Of Liability

AyanFin is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the services or platform.

Force Majeure

AyanFin is not liable for any delays or failures in providing services due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, internet failures, or regulatory changes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy includes:

• • Pre-Disbursement Cancellation: Allowed if the loan has been sanctioned but not disbursed.
• • Post-Disbursement Cancellation: Allowed within 24 hours of disbursement, requiring repayment of the principal amount.
• • Refund of Excess Payments: Refunded within 5-7 days after loan repayment reconciliation.
• • Single Transaction Requirement: Partial payments must cover both principal and interest in a single transaction.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, sharing, and processing of personal information. Please review the policy on our website for detailed information.

Changes

AyanFin reserves the right to update these Terms and any associated information on the platform at any time. Continued use of the services or platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Choice Of Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively by the courts in Delhi.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, along with the Loan Agreement, Application Form, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AyanFin. The Company retains the right to enforce any terms even if not previously exercised. Claims must be filed within one year of the first use of services. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will continue in effect.
